Such a great place! We came for trivia and loved it. We got the wings, Parmesan fries, Brussels sprouts and they were all delicious. The chipotle aoli was also delicious and we got three sides of it! The bartender suggested some great drinks, the grapefruit rhubarb something and the peach sangria and we loved them. Our waiter was also great!
Creative menu, great food and staff. Had the Salmon Curry and Loco Momo (fried chicken and gravy). Curry had nicely done veggies and the curry had the right amount of heat. Coming back to try more of the menu. Happy Hour menu is compelling. Not just weekdays but also Fri-Sun. Check the hours.
I’m mad at Google for almost never suggesting this place in the *many* times I’ve searched for restaurants in Renton. I spotted it today when I was looking for somewhere to get a burger. I was sold when I saw the brussel sprout appetizer and I was on my way. After being a little surprised by the gas station strip location, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere (it’s nice, don’t worry). My husband and I got a couple of cocktails (1988, This-is-Theron!) that were well balanced and not painfully sweet along with the brussel sprouts which I enjoyed. Then we got bbq smash burgers (I modified mine with Brick instead of bbq sauce and added a tomato) and honestly it’s the best burger I’ve had since moving to the area. Fresh ingredients and a delightful crisp on the burger and fried onions, plus my beloved cheddar cheese was ♥️ 👌 Sadly, I devoured the burger before I thought to take the picture. We also got the strawberry shortcake dessert. It was gorgeous, but ultimately not my jam (was hoping for more fruit, but it’s no biggie). I just appreciate a break from the skillet cookie, chocolate cake, brownie sundae, NY cheesecake offering everyone else has. Service was also great! I look forward to coming back.
Wonderful experience. Ordered the “Lana’s love potion” and a smash burger. The presentation of the drink was beautiful. The burger was flavorful and delicious. Coming from Seattle we will definitely be back.
Saw the great reviews so decided to give it a shot. This restaurant is located in a small strip mall next to a gas station. Getting in and out is slightly tricky. The food here is top-notch. Everything I tried was really good and this restaurant is a nice neighborhood bar. I would say the food here is Asian fusion with some American flair. Definitely a good and unique experience. Will be back when in the area.
Amazing bold flavors. Fusion Hispanic, Asian and American cuisine. Definitely a great establishment with new owners since the previous owners. Service is friendly and suggestive on the selection! We we're greeted upon entry with the understanding that their was a 30 minute wait. We were seated in 15! Once seated we were serviced with water and the opportunity to order drinks and appetizers. On the front door it is stated that they are understaffed and wait times may be longer with an understanding but, truly our table had not noticed either of what was stated. Service was fast, consistent and friendly. My server was John who suggested the choices in the pictures below. Our food was delivered promptly and everything was passionately flavorful and truly a great mixture! Would never have guessed mixing Thai curry with seasoned waffle fries! Price point for what you get also, was more than generous! My family and I will be back for more! I personally can't wait to try the rest of the offered menu and hope for many more years to come from this establishment! Cheers to The Brick and staff!
We've been to the brick twice now and both times have enjoyed the entire experience. The food is rich and delicious. Flavors are bold and the portion sizes are good. If you're a fan of bulgogi beef, you absolutely need to give this place a try. I would've taken more pictures but I basically inhaled this food. The atmosphere is easy going and chill. The service was very hospitable and attentive. The second time we hit up their happy hour which had some of the best happy hour prices I've seen. This place will continue to be a do-over.
Their food is really good. Big portion for its price. Staff were very attentive but not intrusive. Their French fries is one of the best we've ever had.
The food is absolutely delicious, and large portions. We had a wedge salad with salmon, and the wedge itself is delicious, the salmon was good too. And the brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Great selection of beers. Don’t let the fact that it’s next to a gas station deter you. Service is wonderful, even though they’re quite busy, they follow up with you. The restaurant can get noisy, but that’s part of its charm.
